The 2017 Writing Eastern Kentucky Conference: Everything “Write” in Kentucky! is planned for 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, in Breckinridge Hall on the campus of Morehead State University.
It promises to be another wonderful day whether you are a writer, a teacher of writing, or both!
The conference, sponsored annually by the Morehead State Writing Project, is targeted to meet the needs of both creative writers as well as teachers of academic writing. Creative writing sessions on poetry, fiction, and nonfiction writing will be available. For educators, the conference features sessions that address the needs of Primary, Secondary, and Post-secondary students. Several published authors will discuss publishing, writing, and their books.
