The Morehead Writing Project will host an Online Fall Institute for the first time. MWP has held Online Summer Institutes for eight years, but thanks to the award of a Striving Readers Comprehensive Literacy grant to the Kentucky Department of Education there has been a great demand for National Writing Project professional development throughout the Commonwealth.
In order to meet this increased demand, MWP Director Deanna Mascle and Summer Institute Co-Director Leslie Workman will lead the institute which will be held from Sept. 4-Nov. 30 and earn participants 36 hours of professional development credit.
