If you know a teen interested in writing and/or broadcasting tell them to apply today to the Power Your Story Journalism Camp offered as part of the Summer Arts Academy at Morehead State University June 12-18.
Power Your Story campers will work with Convergent Media faculty and students and will experience unparalleled opportunities through exposure to our recording studio, radio station, audio and video post-production editing facilities, and numerous digital field gear and multimedia newsrooms to produce their own multi-media project by the end of the week.
Applications for the camp and scholarships can be found here. Scholarship applications must be postmarked June 8. There are scholarship funds available specifically for Power Your Story campers provided by the School of English, Communication, Media and Languages.
