The Morehead Writing Project still has a few spaces available for high school students interested in journalism and convergent media so we are extending our application deadline to Friday, March 29.
“This is an amazing opportunity for students to gain valuable experience and skills while working directly with experienced journalists,” said Director Dr. Deanna Mascle. “We don’t want any of the youth in our region to miss out. I would hate for any of our slots to go unfilled.”
The Summer Journalism Camp will take place June 9-15 on the campus of Morehead State University. High school students, rising 9th-12th grade, will live on the campus of Morehead State University and work with a variety of convergent media professionals.
