The Morehead Writing Project hosted 19 young writers in fourth and fifth grades for our first Super Saturday Writing Camp Saturday, April 27, on the campus of Morehead State University.
MWP Peer Writers Alexandra Reinke, Devon Collins, Megan Ison, Julie Rehkamp, and Whitney Jones led sessions throughout the morning to give the campers opportunity to write in a variety of forms. During the afternoon writers were given the chance to finish one more or pieces to include in a printed anthology.
