The Morehead Writing Project has rescheduled our 2018 Spring Writing Retreat for Saturday, April 28, at the Kentucky Folk Art Center. The event was originally scheduled for March 26 but weather concerns forced us to cancel that event.
We have rescheduled the event and reopened registration as well.

Join us for a Folk Writing experience, a day of writing about (and to) your folk.
Capture and preserve stories of those who are important to you—their histories, customs, crafts, legends, traditions, superstitions, sayings, and secrets.
- A genealogy activity provided by the Boyd County Library Genealogy Department.
- Bring pictures and memorabilia to inspire our writing
